Please avoid remittance to any personal bank account instructed by any party. J MECH will not be responsible for any payment discrepancies.

Please keep all proof of payments on record for further reference.

• All bank transfer charges should be paid by the customer.
• Full or a fraction of the payment is required within seven days of confirmation via Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
• 60% payment is required to receive shipments and shipping-related documents.

Important Notices

• Please confirm the import regulations with your local authorities.
• Bank charges or additional costs are not included in the invoice price and must be covered by the customer.
• Please ensure the full invoiced amount is received by J MECH INTERNATIONAL L.L.C FZ.
• No shipping cancellation is allowed due to consignee/customer circumstances after export license is issued.
• Copies of the commercial invoice and Bill of Lading will be faxed immediately after shipment.
• Upon full and final payment, documents including:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Bill of Lading
  • Japanese Deregistration Document with English Translation
  will be dispatched to the consignee's address via the quickest courier service.
